Heller Gebrüder, Marienthal

The Gebrüder Heller factory from Schmalkalden (Thuringia) was formalized in 1903 (trademark “Balloon Seller” registered in 1899).

Holding RZM code M7/50 during the Nazi era, the firm produced SA/NSKK daggers, DLV pilot knives [M1934], and NSFK knives [M1937].

These pieces are highly collectible (rarity 2/5). Gebrüder Heller is uniquely distinguished as the only manufacturer to produce SA daggers with stamped (rather than etched) maker marks.

The logo features the iconic “Balloon Seller” vendor design.
