If a customer purchases goods as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying WarEra Militaria of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The customer must inform WarEra Militaria of their intention to withdraw in writing, either via email or through the contact form available on the website.
Goods may be returned using a postal or courier service of the customer’s choice, or by personal return by prior arrangement. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The purchase price of the goods, excluding the original delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days after the returned goods have been received. Any additional delivery services (such as insured shipping) and payment processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with original labels attached, and are returned at the customer’s own risk and expense.
WarEra Militaria reserves the right to refuse returned goods if they are not in their original condition, if the return period has been exceeded, or if prior notice of withdrawal was not provided. Any delays caused by shipping carriers do not extend the return period.
