An original 1938 German SA participant badge for the Nordsee sports competitions. The reverse of the grey bakelite badge features clear, embossed markings from one of the most prestigious militaria manufacturers of the era. On the right side, the firm's name R. SIEPER & SÖHNE is present, while the left side displays the manufacturing location: LÜDENSCHEID. The badge is fitted with a vertical brass safety pin mounted on a circular metal base, securely embedded in the body and remaining fully functional. The surface shows a characteristic texture with subtle signs of age-related patina.
