Historical context:
The Porzellanmanufaktur Allach was an elite artistic venture under the direct supervision of Heinrich Himmler, aimed at promoting the aesthetic ideals of the SS. Model No. 17, designed by Professor Kärner, pays tribute to the tradition of the great Prussian cavalry commander Friedrich Wilhelm von Seydlitz. Colorful versions of these figures were produced in much smaller quantities than the white versions and often served as prestigious gifts for high-ranking officers. Today, Allach products are among the most sought-after and expensive objects on the global porcelain market due to their technical perfection and historical uniqueness.
